Scouting & Lens Testing

Last week, I was away working on a yet to be announced project, in the beautiful surroundings of Derby.

For my shoot I needed an extra lens so I turned to Hireacamera.com having never rented before it was a daunting prospect, however the team there eased my worries and offered an extremely personal and professional service. they even enclosed chocolate with the rental .. reason alone to rent again.

I rented the Samyung 14mm T3.1 this was the first time I’d be playing with a Cine Lens (T stops instead of F Stops), It was a very rugged lens and produced some beautiful shots which I’ll be using, I put together a few shots from the lens of the surroundings.

P.S. I wasn’t paid or coerced to write this post (although they gave me chocolate hmmm..) they we’re just a nice bunch of people and I wanted to share my positive experience !
